  I'm a member of a couple gyms in the area and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They care about your health and well being. It's not all about adding another plate, it's about adding another plate with good form so you don't get hurt. The clients are great to workout with too. There's a real family atmosphere at this gym. We encourage each other, and try to help each other be better.
